I receive several calls a day and no message.

Same crap. He says I got a payday loan from cash advance and did not pay it so they are going to sue me for $8958. Says he is calling for American Legal Services, which is part of the federal goverment.

These people are a law office in California. I was actually sued by them last week. Got my summons last month. I can careless if they garnish my wages, I can afford it so screw them.

asking for someone who does not live here! asking for social security information. no details. stay away.

States that he has a summons to serve me but I have filed bankruptcy so there is no way that I owe anyone anything. He calls all day long and he harasses me.

My uncle is a police officer and said if i was in trouble i would be notified in person and served. the guy calling has an middle eastern accent and always has an american name. same person if i really was in trouble why havent they done anything yet. Leave me alone. My next step is to call the law on them.
